Your child will be REGISTERED upon receiving your online or paper registration form AND payment.

Please print the registration form, complete all required information, and mail or drop it off at the church office per the directions below. If you have questions, please call the church office (740-965-3821) and an Upward representative will return your call within 24 hours.
Registration Forms are also available in the church foyer, Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

What Is The Cost?

EARLY (Before November 7) REGISTRATION COST per child, per sport: $68.00 (AFTER November 7, $78.00 per child, per sport.)
FEE INCLUDES: Basketball - Shorts Cheerleading - Tops
Multiple registration discounts are available for families with three or more REGISTRATIONS. Deduct $5.00 from the THIRD registration, FOURTH registration, etc. EXAMPLE: Child 1: Playing basketball and cheerleading; and Child 2: playing basketball and cheerleading.
CHILD #1 - $136.00 and CHILD #2 - $126.00 (Total cost for BOTH children playing BOTH sports - $262.00.) NOTE: Children must be in the same family for discount to apply.

When Are The Evaluations and Orientations? (See below for make-up date.)

Everyone MUST attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation. Basketball evaluations will take place in the Sunbury Christian Church Gym and Cheerleading orientation will take place in the Sunbury Christian Church Sanctuary Foyer as follows:

Kindergarten through 2nd Grade Boys/Girls

Saturday, November 7, between 9:00 A.M. and 10:30 A.M.

3rd and 4th Grade Boys/Girls

Saturday, November 7, between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.

5th through 8th Grade Boys/Girls

Saturday, November 7, between 12:00 P.M. and 1:30 P.M.

NEWS AND NOTES

CANCELLATION POLICY: If Big Walnut Schools are cancelled due to weather, then all practices or games are cancelled; or if road conditions are a level 2 or 3, ALL Upward practices or games will be cancelled.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SIGN-UP! Registrations are still being accepted.

Evaluations will take place by appointment.
